🌍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within Australia.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • We may introduce international shipping in the future. Any updates will be shared on our website

📦 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability, shipping address, and courier partner.

🚚 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

🔍 Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

📌 Important Notes

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, public holidays).
  • If your order is delayed, our support team will keep you updated.

* We do not ship to PO Box addresses, as some products may not fit and require courier delivery.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund as per manufacturer policy.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, digital products, and gift cards.
  • Products with tampered packaging, missing serial numbers, or physical damage not reported at delivery.

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account → select your order → click “Request Return.”
  2. Or, contact our support team
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • For prepaid orders, transaction charges (if any) may be non-refundable.

🔁 Replacements

  • If your product is defective/damaged, we will provide a free replacement wherever possible.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
